what is the best way 2 burn fat and get a six pack whitout buying any equipement or machines?

i just have a little of extra fat around my belly sometimes it looks really bad and sometimes u cant even see any fat
so what is the best way 2 get rid of that fat and get a six pack in the smallest amount of time possible????
