Sorry to say this, pls go to the hospital NOW to exclude cancer relapse!
Since it’s only 3 yrs ago, you are not cured but in remission.
Also, what cancer do you have? Because if stomach cancer and had part of it remove, there is no way you can eat more.
Since you are in Philipines, you have access to meal supplements eg Enercal, Ensure? Take 6 cans a day plus your normal meal. Add 2 tabs of VitaB (vitamin B complex) every morning. Take high protein diet.
Add joy, laughter, fun and happiness to your food and life. This is the most important ingredients to increase weight.
Avoid pressure, esp trying to pressurize yourself to put on weight. Such pressure will backfire! In the end, not only will you not gain weight but loss weight!
Again, pls exclude cancer relapse. Sorry to say this.
