WEIGHT LOSS RUNNING PROGRAM

Do you think this is a safe weight loss program for me?
I have a starting weight at 135 pounds at 5’3 and a medium frame.
I’m going to eat around 1200 calories a day for the first 3 weeks, which my calculation show I’ll lose 3 pounds a week.
And then for the next 4 weeks I’ll eat 1500 calories a day, which I’ll lose about 2 pounds a week.
For the total of 7 weeks, I’ll be running 2-3 miles a day and pilates several times a week.
So total will be 17 pounds in 7 weeks. What do you think?
I wouldn’t cut your calorie intake all the way down to 1200. That’s for people that are severely overweight, and is a really low number. Such low calorie intake will probably make you feel sluggish and you won’t be up to exercising. 1500 calories a day should be fine, and if you’ll be exercising with Pilate’s and running, then 1500 is a good number.
Just make sure to pack in the vegetables and fruit, drink lots of water, and eat breakfast. Also, stick to chicken and fish instead of red meat and limit your dairy intake, as dairy is high in fat.
