SUDDEN WEIGHT LOSS IN DOGS

Pups sudden increase in appetite and loose stool after neutering?
I noticed 2 days after i got my dog back from being neutered, he scarfs down his food and wants more.. and throughout the day, he’s always licking his bowl like he’s hungry. He never done this before, he use to eat his food slowly and may even leave some behind for later.
He’s also been getting runny stools for a while after the operation.. i though it was just the stress from the operation. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. He use to fart a lot when he had the e-cone on, but now that its off and he’s 100% cure, the farts went away.
he was worm tested a month ago, but didnt go on any preventative, being that he has to be 6 months for the heartworm test.
No change in diet, and before his stool was fine. His coat was a little rough due to stress from the e-cone, but now its silky smooth again. no loss in weight, but no gain in weight either. He is 6 months, shepherd/pit mix.
DACPP, Corona, Bortella, and Giardia done.
You say worms,are they heartworm or worms in his stool.None of this makes sense as a pup can die from both.If he has internal worms he is hungry because the worms are eating all the nutrition and he will die from malnutrition.If he has heartworm he would’nt be hungry and will die soon if not treated..Who in the heck is your vet??? Get your dog treated immediately
